I bought a new Golf in September 2022 with a UTR dash cam installed. I have inadvertently deleted the files on the 8Gb Micro SD card in the UTR and I am trying to find whether I can download the deleted files from some source, or do I need to replace the card altogether and if so, from where? Im new here & i need help, I've recently purchased a golf mk6 estate (lovely car). The problem i have is the lcd in the speedometer didnt work so i got a 2nd hand one which i know works OK so i swapped them over, with the replacment speedo in the car wont start just says immobiliser active & aload of flashy lights appeared. Hello everyone. I have been asked to fit a new set of rear lights to an LT35. I purchased a pair of new lamps ready to fit. I cam to fit them today however there is no power to the side lights. The buzzer sounds if you turn the lights on without the ignition on which I would have expected. I have checked the fuses under the steering column. So far everything checks out fine. The polos front flexi is really loud (really really loud) but it looks perfectly in tact. From what I've read it needs replacing but wanted to check whether that seems right? It was replaced about 4 years ago for about £150 and apparently is out of warranty. I phoned a few garages and quotes are all well over £200 and the parts look like they're around £100 all in so I was thinking of doing it myself. Started this week, looking through the bumper grill I can see it drip, drip dripping off the bottom of the pump housing. Presumably it needs a new pump? (Or would it be a gasket or something that needs further investigation?). I'd rather (if it is invariably the pump) just order the part and keep the car on the road for a few days till it arrives and I can swap it - just for the school run with the coolant topped up.
