The start/stop function on my 2018 MK7.5 SE Nav works seamlessly. Just annoying when stopped in traffic and front car jolts briefly forward a few inches and then stops again - engine starts again on its own instead of waiting for me to foot the accelerator. Anyway, when engine starts again, there Is that “ignition” sound that comes on. Is there a way you of turning off this sound? Hi, I have a 2006 golf GT TDI 2.0 with factory alarm fitted. I think the alarm unit has gone bad, if I set the alarm off the hazards flash but there’s no sound. Hi all. I have noticed my steering wheel is off by the minimal of margins. But me being me it bugs me on the motorway. Car is aligned perfectly no pulling, even wear, tracks dead straight so don't see the point of getting it aligned to correct the steering wheel. So my question is if i disconnect airbag and shift the steering wheel 1 spline should i exany complications. So I've recently replaced my 2008 facelift 1T Touran 2.0 TDI at 186,000 miles over 13 years. The only reason I changed the car was because I discovered it was only worth ~£500 and I'd found a VW approved very low mileage 2017 5T Touran 2.0 TDI SEL.
