Hello everyone, I've been looking into getting some braces for the chassis for my B5.5 V6 4Mo auto. I've found some threads that had part numbers for Audi parts that are direct bolt on for B5 and C5 but pretty much impossible to find now. Those are the first thing that I wanted to do, it's a front subframe brace, that should be there but Vw never got it, only Audi did. Does anyone have one for sale? Or can suggest an alternative? First time poster, long time viewer. I've been all over Google and these forums a lot the past two days as well as conversing with a local shop. Wife was driving the car after having a throttle body adaption done the other day due to some weirdness happening. Then it died. Good morning community. I hope I'm posting on the right place. I have a 2012 Passat, 2.5L with an electrical problem. The stop and turn signal lights of the rear left side don't work. Already changed the light bulb and after that, I used a voltmeter to realize that there's no voltage to make the bulb to turn on. Hi I recently bought a 2001 passat b5.5, the day I got the car the ac was topped up and it has worked brilliantly till today. Today I noticed that the air coming from the vents was super hot even though the temp was set to 18°c (second lowest temp), anything above 18 was also super hot (like a hairdryer) but the Lo setting is blowing ice cold air. Hi everyone, I'm reaching out about an issue I'm having with my car's gas pedal. It's been behaving strangely for about a month now. The problem is that the gas pedal operates normally and then suddenly loses response, no matter how hard I press it, there's no reaction, until I either press the clutch or press the brake pedal after that works perfectly. My compressor only supports 3.3 cfm at 90 psi, so its borderline adequate to support an air impact wrench for even short periods of use. I have a 1998 2.8L that Im trying to replace the CV boot that has taken a sh*t all over my wheels. From what I read I need to remove the axle bolt, the question is what size hex socket do I need to use? I thought I read that it was 16mm. I've recently been able to proceed with getting this car back in an optimal shape after its been sitting for a while. In short, I cosigned to help someone, didn't work out.
