As the title says - were you able to get a mach e recently below msrp? Went to a dealer and they kept insisting I am already getting 9k discount but this is goverment rebates and not a “discount”. Currently stranded out of state and annoyed. 23 Mach e gt performance purchased 2 weeks ago. I have been charging it on a level 2 at work with no issues. Drove it on a weekend road trip this weekend. Stopped and used a fast charger once with no issues, then plugged it into a 110 outlet with my mobile cord at my parents with no issues. I went to charge it at a fast charger before leaving town today and it gives me an error saying charging fault. I tried about 8 different chargers at 3 totally... I’m having no luck getting chargers activated using the FordPass app and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I've tried a fast DC charger at a local Ford dealer that ii\s noted as “In Network” (Red E) in the app and when activated in app it will always fail claiming there is a “charge fault” but if I activate the charger via the charge pedestal and its app, it works flawlessly. I am well aware that slower speeds preserve range on the freeway, and it’s generally advised to do this when you’re driving long distance. However, has anyone put together data on time efficiency, assuming you do not need the range to get to the next charging station? My logic is that, say over a 2 hour time frame, 65mph vs. 75mph is gonna tank your range quite a bit, but you’re traveling 20 more miles in that 2 hours at 75mph. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue... I was driving with ACC on the highway. set at around 72 MPH. Traffic slowed down for construction several times. Car automatically slowed as appropriate to keep proper distance from the car in front of me. Came to a stop once or twice and then moved when the car in front moved.
