Hey guys, I’m new so first post here! I’m experiencing problems with (troubleshooting of) my windshield wipers. My wipers used to work without any issue, but because of clogged drains, the space above the firewall filled with water (unnoticed). Leading to a short in the windshield wiper motor connector. It was completely fried on both the harness side as the wiper motor side. Therefore I bought a new motor and replaced the pigtail connector. Also I switched the fuses involved.
After I...

I have a 2005 convertible that I have never driven in the rain. It was previously owned by someone who lived in a rainy state so I guess it may have been in rain at some point. What I want to know is where to pour some water and where I should look to make sure it is coming out of the drains like it should. Maybe (probably) I'm being a bit anal. There is no evidence of any water intrusion anywhere in the cabin. This summer I'm planning a multi-week road trip and am sure to encounter...

Hello, purchased a FFR Cobra project unfished, basic rolling chassis and all the FFR boxes and parts that go along with it. The donor car that the previous owner was using was a 2003 Bullitt Mustang 30k miles salvaged, came with documentation, photos and all. He had labeled and bagged EVERYTHING and was pretty meticulous to say the least. I have ALL of the harness from the car, engine chassis, speedo and anything you can think of that is electric. Currently motor and trans are sitting in the...

Good morning, l'm at a complete loss along with the performance Company I've been working with to find an ECU ( 8R3A-12A650-SB) to match up with my paperweight sitting there . They sent it out once to flagship for repairs and it worked for 20 minutes
and flashed the same code AGAIN.
if you have any inclination on where to find one and or get it repaired properly PLEASE let me know at your earliest convenience.. thank you in advance for any resolution to this Matter ..read more

Hello,
I am new to the forum and the Mustang brand. I recently purchased my first Mustang, in Vintage Burgundy. I am impressed with the longevity of the model and will be learning how to work on it within my capacity to repair minor issues. This forum has good information and I congratulate the members for sharing information.
My first technical question will follow relating to a missing door tag. Regards Graeme

Hello community,
Since buying the car 6 weeks ago, with door data plate missing I’ve been searching for information to enable me to order a replacement door tag. Some post mentioned sequence of production number is between 100000 and 300000 and suggested that production of 66 would have stopped mid 1966 to start 67 production. As seen below my production no is closer towards 100000 but my interpretation of stampings on engine block and intake manifold suggest both were made in Feb 66.
