Hello all. Please delete if this is not allowed and sorry if it isn’t. Me and my wife are trying for a baby and I’ve been taking BDO (which is the same as GBL/GHB) once a day as it completely erases my depression & anxiety. It’s extremely helpful. But I’m unsure if it affects male fertility. Does anyone know? I couldn’t find any studies. I’m taking a blood test this week which should tell more so I’ll keep this updated if anyone is interested. Hey, Several months ago I decided to seriously bulk and gain a lot of weight... without success, one of the main reason (apart from good metabolism) is not having appetite. I eat 5 times a day (decent portions of carbs and proteins), however if I would like to add something more then I wouldn't be able to eat that. How do you counter feeling of being full?
