Taping on a wooden form and drawing a design. Take a picture of it and trace it with CorelDRAW's B-spline. Stretching material in 50% gray is pasted on the wooden form and photographed by the employee. Match the tracing lines to the gray image and overlay the leather on top of it with a 100% overlay to create a realistic model image. VIDEO fga.website/.../SIM MODEL Shoes_1.mp4 ..read more

SIM Model is a Fashion Graphic created with CorelDRAW SIM stands for simulation. Prototype or model for mock-up. Examples of tasks that can be performed with prototypes include a specification for a working designer, a portfolio accompanying a clothing student's profile, changing jobs or returning to work. The source of the image database for the Fashion Tech Pack is then created. VIDEO fga.website/.../SIMMode.mp4 ..read more

Is there a way to select all lens only applied objects in a file / selection ? There have been a few times I came across some objects to export or whatever I was doing and they contained a Lens (usually Transparency) and things went fubar. Would like to run a macro that I could check if the object(s) contains a Lens. Even grouped. Maybe dig into and highlight the object within the group(s)? and go from there. Seems like a stretch here but what the hey... maybe it's been posted but search wasn't friendly to share. Thanks ..read more

Hello, I've had this problem ever since I moved from X4 to X6 years ago, finally decided to ask if there is a solution or work around. If I had multiple files open in X4 they would default to lining up in a sort of cascade but neatly together in the top right corner, opening another file simply lined it up automatically in the cascade in the top corner. But with X6, mine default to all being on top of each other and over the top of the program minimise/maximise/close icon like this... and I keep forgetting that I have other files open and close down the lot (long after I've forgotten which one ..read more

I have a ton of macros and test macros that I probably need to clean out. Whenever I go to options to set a keyboard shortcut or drag a macro to my workspace, it takes a long time to navigate around within the options dialogue. Could this be from simply having so many macros or anything in the coding like extra line spaces or unnecessary code ..read more

Hello all, I am working on layouts in Corel where I create black and white art for text and borders and have photos in the layout which are png files wiht transparent backgrounds. Normally, I export these layouts as both pdf and eps files for another group to use with no problem, but this time the photo I have in my layout keeps splitting into a group of many child bitmap objects when imported back into Corel. I've done everything to try to prevent this with no luck. Just wondering if any one else has had that issue and what I may or may not be doing that causes it. I assumed it has something ..read more
