We just bought a ZSK Sprint 4 with a T8 Control module on it with Wilcom's Hatch Embroidery 2 as our digitizing software, and have started having issues with the trimmer. As we are running a design the machine will start the auto-trim process and will finish said process, but will not actually trim the thread. Hey guys! Huge favor, my SWF 1501 has been working great. I haven't used it in about a month. Well I have an embroidery job and all of a sudden when I start a job the machine doesn't push the needle down. The caseing around the needle too, everything else works. When I move the wheel in the back manually it works perfectly, but when it goes to embroider it doesn't catch. so I am finally upgrading to a multi needle machine!! I went and looked at the pr650 today, my price range. Question is, I mainly do kids items, t shirts, gonna add bags, bibs, onesies, etc. I had so many issues hooping shirts and getting them aligned correctly and easily with my ellegante. so far it looks like the fast frames is the way to go since you don't have to turn the shirt inside out and basically hold it out of the way to do your design(especially on smaller sizes 2t, 3t)... is... brother 650 and fast frames question ..read more

Hello! Does anyone have a suggestion to stop the distortion of the embroidery when the hat is sewing near the brim and the peak hits the back of the embroidery head?
