We use text and Authenticator for our MFA.  When we setup a new user or have them reconfigure their MFA.  We were having them setup Authenticator and then their phone number.  Now it's just the authenticator app. We still have an option for adding the phone number, but it's missing from the registration.  I would have thought it was under registration campaign, but I don't see an option to force both options at registration ..read more

I've been trying to upload some PSTs to import into MS 365 via azcopy. At some point the upload always falls over; the final error is a permissions error but I think that's just a symptom of it having lost connection. A recent major power outage - well actually a few in rapid succession - has caused some problems with the server, hence doing it manually and aiming to get it mograted over as quickly as possible. Hi all, We use Office 365 and install the Outlook app for the iPhone as we find this more reliable than the built in apple mail app (or at least it's easier to troubleshoot if it DOES go wrong) and from time to time we have users whereby the mail app shows stuck on "checking for mail" so we normally remove and re-add the account and this fixes it or even as far as removing and re-installing the mail app itself however one of our directors (who doesn't like the Outlook app) has had the same issue on an iPhone 15 that we've not managed to fix and so he's upgraded to an iPhone 16 and used the Blu ..read more

As per guidance, we have transitioned away from the Qualys scanner in favor of "Defender for Cloud unified Vulnerability Assessment powered by Defender Vulnerability Management". As per Transition to Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management for servers Opens a new window, I have enabled the policy and deployed, subscription wide. This happened last Friday. Hi Guys, I want to know if there is a script out there that I can run on client tenants to disable the functionality of users being able to enable apps in Entra ID? So, the only way to enable apps would be with the admin account, and a support ticket to be logged and authorisation to be provided first before any apps are added to Entra ID. Hello, I have an azure site to site vpn, I have bgp enabled over the vpn tunnel. I am trying to connect and peer with my palo alto on prem. Essentially we will have the ipsec connectivity and be bgp peering over the tunnel. The vpn tunnel is up, no traffic passes. In azure, the bgp peering stays "connecting". for bgp we are peering using apipa addresses, i already have my azure vpn gteway set to respond. On the palo, bgp is showing connected but not established. On the azure ike diagsnotics I see a traffic selector mismatch as well and packet drops. Sending email account user1@university.edu Receiving email user2@subdomain.university.edu (It's a subdomain of the university.edu). It's a partner business that no longer belongs to the University though they still own the subdomain. My company now owns the business itself. University.edu is in M365 and DNS is managed by the university itself, I am assuming. They host their own DNS as far as I know. Looked it up that's what it shows as well.
