I have bought some things! In the sales! Woo Legacy Evolution Armada Universe Megatron Lacks all the gimmicks and therefore 80% of the fun of the original toy, but it's still a great design and the best tank Megatron ever. I like how blocky and chunky he is and the big tuning forks on his head (why do these come off?). Does the turret swing around me-do and has the sticky up missile launchers (that don't launch - no fun for you now you're all grown up and serious) and a cannon barrel that comes off in a half hearted attempt at play feature. Legacy Leo now has the dubious distinction of probably being the last TF I'll get from parents (Dad's more practical, Mom always wanted to do token physical gifts) so it's kind of appropriate he's a retro brick. I don't think Sentry, Supreme, Apollo, Miracleman, The High, etc, are KOs as there's some intent there to explore the archetype, plus historical perspective, not just "here's a character like Superman with our colours/logo on instead, doing Superman things". Legacy Leo Prime I enjoyed the Nemesis version of this toy a lot more than I expected, despite the inherent wonkiness of Lioconvoy's design and the toy itself being a bit of a kibble monster. I wasn't expecting to get the original deco, but I gave it a go when I found it marked down well below retail. I'm not sure if I ever saw these in stores...maybe once? If I did, though, I'd forgotten just how bright and cheerful the colours are.
