If anyone has ideas of Boston then you need to factor in another 5 minutes!
I’ll leave the non-binary debate to the other thread please!

Place for all us one-and-doners to hang it. Even if it was in 2007 & now creak like a farm gate when walking to the shops.

Hey everyone,
So swimming still sucks, probably the worst sport in the world, genuinely can’t think of anything worse that torturing myself in the pool! Anyway self pity over.
I’m stuck at 2.20 pace for 400m in the pool and don’t seem to be getting any better, been working on catch with sculling and body position with drills etc… went back and analysed all my stats and my stroke rate is 40 - 44 strokes per minute (20-22 on Garmin but it only measures one arm correct?)
Is this going to be the biggest limiting factor for me? Do I need to get this up into the 55/60 range to see my times come belo ..read more

WESWIMRUN
Dyfi Aquathlon
Some of the best, and longest, estuary swimming in the UK. Unforgettable experiences since 2017.
@d.t I thought we deserved our own thread .
The organiser put a video up on FB last night with details about the swim, there was no mention of feed stations but useful info about lines to take.

Looking at getting a new bike bag/box after discovering my Thule Round Trip’s base has split after 10 years of use.
So thinking of the Scicon Aerocomfort as I need something that can pack away into the loft. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thought we could maybe do with a thread for folk to post anytime they cover the distances of all three disciplines of an olympic distance triathlon, in training, in the same day.
1500+m swim, and 40+km bike, and 10+km run.
Zwift is OK. Commutes are OK. Treadmills are OK. Tide and current assist and endless pools are OK. Bonus points if it’s a work day.
What did you do? How fast? Etc etc etc.
Edit: on second thoughts, maybe a sprint distance day is worth mentioning too
