Fortunately, once I reported it to eBay, quoting the scammer saying that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to find out what had happened to my package, and refusing to send me a copy of any picture from Amazon showing where they delivered, and trying to claim that Aqualine had delivered it, eBay issued me a refund on the day I asked them to step in. It is a shame, they do not want to listen to any of us. I've also been on zoom calls with managers over at eBay Motors and it seems like you just get a pat on the head, that is all.   I feel like you, that we reach our sale limits for the day at a certain hour of the day and then sales just go dead. Specifically I'm wondering where the settings are to include or exclude certain countries.  I recently had two buyers from countries I'm happy to sell to contact me that they couldn't 'buy it now'.  They were fro Germany and England.  At some point years ago I may have clicked a box not allowing from those countries.
