Dear Gavin ... I don't give a damn how much "work" the man put in, serving only 8 years for 4 counts of attempted murder, including that of a woman who remains paralyzed is flat out BULLSHIT. Judicial system .. in this country NEEDS overhauling. Many justices and judges do not belong on the bench. The biggest issue is, how could one possibly manage it? There is virtually no bispartisan system in this country since it is essentially a uniparty despite differing names and alleged agendas.
