SiO Super EyeLift Reusable Wrinkle-Smoothing Patches
I believe as we age we often show signs of wrinkles on our neck and around our eyes. So, I decided to purchase a product that is specially constructed from a custom-formed medical-grade silicone.
I invested in SiO Beauty Super EyeLift as according to SIO Science the Super EyeLift Patches combine compression and deep skin hydration to smooth away wrinkles and help prevent future wrinkles. Each package contains 2 silicone patches.
To apply, I wash my face with Micellar Cleansing Water. When my fac ..read more

Micellar water is a skin care product that can help cleanse and tone the skin. Many dermatologists recommend it and list that In addition to promoting skin hydration, the micelle surfactant molecule is suspended in liquid/water and surrounds any makeup or dirt, and gently removes the residue from the skin.
Micellar water is my go-to for removing my makeup and I have tried many brands. I did enjoy the Simple product because like the label stated it felt kind to skin.
What I like about Micellar water is that my skin can be sensitive at times, and the brands I have tried have not caused any fla ..read more

Like many people, I love decorating, thrifting, and DIY projects. A portion of my time this summer has been spent inside the house surfing the net to see what other budget-savvy bloggers are talking about when they go thrifting.
Here in the Midwest, we have chillier fall days and I dress in lots of layers and warm boots. Often, I do more coordinating than matching so purchase thrift items to make it work.
I see some bloggers mention how they are able to purchase their items per pound. I have not personally come across this type of sale but I did run into a really great deal just ..read more

Last month I purchased some items and most of them had one thing in come - a cheerful pattern!
I'm constantly going out to the garden to see if I have any more flowers in bloom so that may be in part why I say yes to FLORALS.
Well, it's that. But truly I was selecting items for my Mother and she also has a fondness for FLORALS.
Floral prints are believed to have originated in the East and appeal to many who have a love of nature and gardening!
If you study art or frequent any museums you will see centuries-old portraits depicting floral fashions which were created by ha ..read more

A few years back I was looking for a new scent as the one I had been wearing had been discontinued.
Like many many women shopping for a new scent, I picked up each bottle and read it, and then sniffed it to see what I thought.
When I came to the bottle of English Laundry No. 7, I paused a long while.
First off - the elegant bottle is a silvery pearly white with a lid like a crystal. It comes packaged in a classy white box.
According to the description," English Laundry No. 7 has notes of sparkling pear, jasmine, melon, and apricot. Gardenia, blooming jasmine ..read more

I don't know about you but I tune into period drama series to check out the costumes as I have a fondness for lace and appliqué.
The art of adding lace and appliqué is not new! Lace was first developed in Europe during the sixteenth century. Applique' was derived from the French appliquer, “to put on”. Both are often used to embellish clothing or household linens.
Among the most memorable period series for me is Downton Abbey. The fashions of Actress Dame Maggie Smith's, Violet Crawley, Dowager Co ..read more

The winter season in the Midwest can sometimes take its toll on the things we hold dear. It’s a rare winter if your day isn’t affected at some point—whether the school is closed or your commute to work takes longer than usual.
The rooftops and trees are snow-covered and the streets often look deserted. But if you meander into town you will usually see it is packed with people.
Popular winter hotspots here are restaurants, museums, antique stores, and coffee shops.
This season doesn't seem to phase our adorable cockapoos who enjoy getting outside to romp in th ..read more
