Hello everyone, firstly let me thank everyone again for providing so much knowledge and clarification in the past couple of weeks. I don't know where we would have been without it. I am yet again in a position of asking for help... Schedule B I am helping prepare my partner's Streamlined procedure. We are almost there - we were just actually on the verge of sending it - but I saw one of the posts here asking about Schedule B. We didn't even look into that schedule to be honest - I... Greetings everyone. I have a couple questions regarding FBARs: 1. The Streamlined Offshore procedure normally offsets any penalties for late-filling FBARS. Correct? 2. What if I never actually had to file an FBAR (because I was below 10k)? Hypothetically speaking, in a rare case when my Streamlined program would be declined, would I be penalised for not reporting the accounts... that I never had to report? 3. What if I made a mistake on FBAR, for example on Paypal account I said the max... FBARs - questions ..read more

As a make-shift I have downloaded onto my amazon firestich Livenett tv. I dont want IPTV with millions of channels, endless football and movies coming out of everwhere. I need something like TVMucho/teeveeing to watch uk tv channels in spain at a reasonable cost. I would very much appreciate advice please. TIA ..read more

France VLS-TS advice for a Brit?

Hi everyone, I'm applying for a VLS TS as I have been offered a job in Paris. The visa application requires you to have accommodation in order to complete the application. However, you can't really get accommodation without a visa so it seems like a chicken and egg situation. Is it acceptable to book a hotel for e.g. 2 weeks and enter that hotel into the visa application - until I can sign up for a flat? Or does it need to be long term accommodation? Also, when you enter France, if your... France VLS-TS advice for a Brit ..read more

Hi there, wondering if someone can pass on some advice please. Myself and my partner both have PR visas and are returning to live in Australia later this month. Our 4 year old daughter who was born in the U.K. will be with us. She will be entering on the visitor (subclass 651) and once onshore we will apply for the 802. My question is am I able to enrol her for prep school once I have lodged the 802 or does this need to be granted before she can attend school? Also what happens if the... 802 Child Visa ..read more
