Could you please rethink how you are ending the game? It was said that the game was ending on January 31st originally without a time. Then it came out that the game would end 1 minute after midnight local time. This timing is really harsh on the part of Niantic and Warner Brothers. The most wonderful thing about Wizards Unite that Pokemon Go didn't have was a community that extended beyond local. We do fortressing on Sundays with people around the world.
