I've walked this path, and let me tell you, it's been a wild ride of personal growth. Accepting who I am, flaws and all, has been the cornerstone of my journey. But here's the thing—it's not a solo trek. Community is everything. It's about surrounding yourself with people who get it, who've been there, and wh ..read more

Do you know what today’s holiday is about?
Memorial Day is about all of the troops that died while in the line of duty. It is important that we remember them and that they didn’t die in vain. They were and are important to all of us, without them would we have our freedoms? Or what is left of them….
I hope you will take some time today to think of our fallen soldiers and send a thank you!

In this episode, we explore the idea of home as a sacred space—a place where we can find comfort and safety amidst life’s chaos. I share my thoughts on "God's little winks," like seeing my number 47 everywhere, as reminders that I'm on the right path. We also dive into the concept of the "Glenda bubble," a metaphor for protecting your energy and well-being. It’s about creating a safe, positive space around yourself through mindfulness, boundaries, and staying grounded in faith. As I prepare to host a February conference for 10 women, I reflect on how we can foster real, loving ..read more
