Hi all! I just graduated from a PharmD program overseas and I am preparing to get licensed as a pharmacist in Canada. My PharmD was not the greatest program, so I am looking for a clinical pharmacy course that would sharpen my clinical skills. I don't want just lectures and talks. We are having trouble getting techs to do math. Is there a simple online or book form that spells out IV math. The most complex math is dilutions from a stock solution, though we have NICU stuff too. Also, what do your facilities do for tech orientation? How long does it go for each task (we are totally cross trained here) and how does a buddy system work with requisite sign-offs, etc. ?Thank you ..read more
