So the other day I had an anxiety spiral. You know, the thing where you get one thought and then, you’re suddenly going down a rabbit hole of thoughts? It’s very similar to when you get an idea or see something online and then go down a rabbit hole of research. There was a study done by Harvard Medical School and they found that emotional and physical unhealed past trauma triggers can make a person more prone to having serious health conditions. This includes heart attacks, stroke, obesity, diabetes and cancer. Now, that's not to say that everyone with anxiety or trauma will come down with these things, but it's definitely something to pay attention to.
