Title 14 in the Code of Federal Regulations has VI chapters.
Which should I read first, to get a better understanding of how (new or proposed) flight routes are regulated?
Edit - I just went through the chapters. Ch VI looks like it's related to financing, Ch V looks miscellaneous
Ch III looks like it might have some guidance on it, but Ch II seems to deal with the surrounding issues more directly

So I'm developing a fine appreciation for the suction-cup sunshades on the airplane, and a seething hatred for the knuckleheads who cinch the adjustment knob on the visor so tight, flipped backwards, that I need a set of channel locks to break it loose.
That said, there are two things I'm strongly considering adding to my flight kit, because Melanoma nearly killed my Dad and I'd like to stay ahead of this one and maybe not age so quick.

My first airline as a dispatcher, left before they folded (96-06). Good times and great people.
I dispatched airplanes to every continent but Antarctica, and just about every country we were allowed to operate in.
