I am so stupid.
I randomly had a thought about when I needed to renew my CFI. Looked at my certificate. September of 2023.
I haven’t used my CFI since 2010, but always kept it because it was easy enough to do and I thought I’d like to one day teach my kids, if they want.

So, apropos of nothing...certainly not my present situation...
Say someone, we'll call him "StinsonFan", let his medical expire years ago. Say that he's not even sure if he could do any of the LSA drivers license things even. He's licensed. What is the most amount of time he'd be looking at if he bought some land and had a Cub or Champ or even came across a Rose Parakeet (his wish) or maybe even one of those Fokker DVII replicas and flew if off his land.
