I agree with Jovan2. Whenever I may/can fly business class, I avoid SN (and perhaps also LX). There is indeed a holiday airline mindset among most SN cabin crew (maybe due to management and training). @Duke : you must have been luckier than me or the service has improved. One can always hope. It's been several months that I flew SN in C in Europe. Very recently I flew with LX in C between ZRH and LIS. The service and the food were far below average... The absence of a divider curtain is not justifiable. As said by another member, all other non low cost airlines have it. It cannot be a major/expensive investment. And in-flight service by the flight attendants is also below average. There is no proper business class service. To come back to the curtain, with other airlines, there is at least one cabin crew who remains in the b ..read more

Reopening the Satellite for aircraft and dis&embarking pax could be done in two ways imho. Either a minor renovation and dedicate it to low cost carriers ? Or a stylish renovation for full service airlines. Hey, Mr CEO ! Think of the return on investment from the rentals of the shops and food outlets in the corridor and the Satellite itself LCC will not have their own pier. The Satellite could be a perfect solution for the holiday flights. From them you have a lot and we have many different leisure companies flying on BRU. This could free up space at the A pier which starts to be very ..read more

Hi Folks, On the above dates I have photographs of Hercules in the hangar I am not able to identify. On 12/07/22 there was two including one that had its tail removed. On 21/03/24 only one in the same hangar so is probably the same one as seen in 2022 Any information appreciated.
