I only expect on home ice a win from this one to have for the team 40 wins; 90 points and a little bit better goals differential, but not -11. An interesting observation for the playoffs teams in Western Conference , none of the 8 teams have negative goals differential but have a nice positive goals differential. Motivation is the most important part for any success in hockey. Tanking is not a solution for winning a Stanley Cup. Jets or not to Jets? Would be this win. Fans hope practically dropped to zero because for both teams that win will mean nothing. Jets already got a playoffs spot. And we are 11 points behind the wild card. All recent crucial games we lost. I am more impressed about Penguins progress who won recent crucial games and still fighting for a wild card even without their star Guentzel.
