I recently visited São Paulo, Brazil and got a brief look at comic culture in a different continent. You can see some clips in my December video below (starting at 4:24). I didn't see many single issue comics, the only one I noticed was the Batman/Fortnite Foundation series. Everything else was more like graphic novels, but they are available everywhere. I've seen quite a few articles and videos discussing declining sales of American Comics (I guess mainly centering around the big two, Marvel & DC.) .
