The Straw Hats (pre timeskip) managed to avoid Kuma swiping them individually and get back to their ship. Suddenly, Kuma uses the Paw-Paw fruit and sends all of them to Amazon Lily. They get captured by Boa and are offered a deal. One-on-One matches against Amazon Lily's champion. If they win, they stay together. Otherwise, Kuma sends them all away for training. As the opening page tells us, this issue works as a companion piece to Rise of the Powers of X #4. Ultimate Spider-Man is 4/4. Glad there's an alternative to The Amazing Spider-Man by Zeb Wells which is terrible. spoilers: I like how the book surprises you. Aunt May is dead and Uncle Ben is alive. Harry Osborn is with Gwen Stacy and I didn't expect Hardy Osborn to drop THE Spider-Man line. It was interesting seeing Peter Parker and Harry Osborn together having found out their alter egos in the last issue. Might we see Gwen Stacy become the Green Goblin? Be ironic that.
