The BBC has, historically, been quite strict with its broadcasting guidelines and I wonder where wearing clothing brands come into play - for example, if a reporter/presenter was doing something relatively informal and so was wearing a Nike fleece (e.g. an outside nature show) or a North Face jacket, or wearing a Gucci jacket.
