I never thought that I’ll be able to update this blog again, work had been extremely busy since October last year and because of that, I decided to reward myself with a 1 week vacay from all those accumulated stress. I decided to watch this drama out of curiosity on Takahata Mitsuki, she’s a rising young actress in Japan and rumored girlfriend of Sakaguchi Kentaro. But more than that, the storyline got me hooked because it’s now rare in J-dorama world to actually have a love story. I love Nishuichi Mariya so this review can be pretty biased so I’ll limit my review to plot and characters. I was gonna compare “Tokyo Tarareba Musume” to summer season’s “Hayako-sensei…” because it features different women in the marriage mart. The start of 2017 has been very busy for me, which I think is a good thing because work means money, but it also means that I have less time to watch dramas. We have reached the final episode and I’m so glad that I was able to finish this recap when I only started this out of a whim.
