It's an exciting time in the semiconductor space because of AI.  If you're new here I myself at the beginning of 202 ..read more

Writing this post isn't something I'm excited to do, but my goal is to help any parent out there who might be experiencing this with their own children. I'm not going to claim my way is the right way, because I'm still figuring it out daily and I have no idea half the time what I'm doing. Maybe it's the Enneagram 7 in me but I love a challenge at the beginning of a new year. Over the years I've done a few budgeting/shopping challenges. For instance in college I went a year with only buying second hand clothing, and when my kids were babies I did a 6 month no shopping challenge. For some reason I'm more motivated about our spending and budgeting this year. Probably because I have a dozen trips on my mind and I can't travel AND shop to my heart's desire. So here we go....24 ITEMS IN 2024!  ..read more

I encourage you to join me! Writing them down has a powerful effect and keeps me accountable. Small goals can be as simpl ..read more

Months before I was laid off from my job I started doing coaching sessions with a therapist. Instead of it being structured like a traditional therapy program (past focused) it focused on the future. Felt more like life/career coaching. I met with my coach every other week for 3 months, and during that time we spent a lot of time discussing fear vs. love based thinking. It was a game changer for me, and I wanted to share the golden nuggets from what I learned in hopes it could help someone else ..read more
