Caroline Livesey is the co-host today with Mark. In this episode they discuss what it's like to ride the longest payed cycle road in the world. The Alto el Sifon Alto el Sifon from Padilla. Finish Laguna Negro cafe. (finish point 4036m altitude) 93km, 4150m altitude at highest summit, 3520m gained.  This was the previous climb: Alto de Letras.
