Just got the new TTI combat yesterday. I went to the range today the gun is accurate, recoil is down because of comp and when it does fire it feels great in my hand. The problem is out of 100 rounds 14 had 14 failure to fire episodes. Trigger pull feels fine you can hear the striker fire but when I drop the magazine and inspect the round in the chamber there is no primer strike. When I put the magazine back and rack a new round in it will fire fine for a little while until it happens again... Brand new Canik TTI combat failure to fire. I am pissed ..read more

Well I couldn't just let it lanquish there any longer. Local pawn shop has had this one for a couple of years and I have looked at it every time I went in there. Today was rescue day! Looks like a 2013 manufacture date, they were discontinued in 2015 I believe. This is the SAS ( Sig anti snag) version so no rail and edges have been softened. 10 rounds of .45 ACP and short reset trigger. Looks almost new doesn't even have a barrel smiley on it. I can't stand plastic guide rods. I bought the new model FN High Power I was disappointed to find that it had a plastic guide rod and round wire spring. After scouring the internet for a stainless steel replacement I came up empty. So I had to come up with a solution that might work.
