Hello there, I've bought quest 3 couple of weeks ago; and now I am totally frustrated, because the main reason for buying this device was playing games via steam. However, every time I tried to link my device to pc, three dot problem occurred. Hello,   The recent quest 3 update that was deployed has bricked my device and is unable to connect to any wifi anymore. it connects then automatically disconnects at least every 30 seconds. So, my right controller all of sudden stopped working yesterday, so I unpaired it and tried to repair it. For some reason, every time I try to put it in pairing mode, the controller blinks green and also stays blue. It doesn't flash white and blue anymore, just blue, I tried factory resetting it, and that didn't work either. I have ordered a replacement for my whole oculus. in the email as you can see below in the picture they state when returning, for the oculus and the controller theres steps e.g it says to remove the batteries. Now I have received my oculus r replacement  without any controllers. In the customer support they state that the shipping was supposed to only include the oculus and they will look for my controllers while I spoke to customer support before the shipping and they stated that sending the controller was fine along with the email telling me to send the controller without batteries. I am from a non profit organization (assistance dogs greece), we train and offer for free service dogs for kids with autism and guide dogs to people with vision disabilities.
