Issahaku Fatawu has opened up about how his loan move to Leicester City came to be.
The 19-year-old Ghanian, who joined the Foxes on a season-long loan from Sporting Lisbon in the summer, is enjoying a decent spell in England. Scoring two goals and registering one assist in his first 16 appearances, the African is staking a claim to be signed permanently in the summer.
Speaking recently about his exit from Sporting, Fatawu revealed how manager Ruben Amorim had little room in his plans for him.

Leicester City are reportedly in the market for a new full-back to provide competition for Ricardo Pereira.
That’s according to recent reports, which claim Enzo Maresca is keen told bolster his defence ahead of an important second half of the season which could see the Foxes win automatic promotion back to the Premier League.
The name at the top of the Foxes’ wishlist is thought to be Sunderland’s Trai Hume.

Former Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks secured a dramatic stoppage-time victory for Leicester City against West Brom.
Wilfred Ndidi’s assist set up Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall as Leicester took the lead before Josh Maja equalised for the Baggies.
But during West Brom’s late surge for a winner, Leicester capitalised on a counter-attack.
Dewsbury-Hall’s timely pass found Winks who tapped in to score the winning goal.

After another win, this time over Watford, Leicester City remain firmly atop the Championship table and are still very much the team to beat this season.
Enzo Maresca has done a fine job since leaving the bosom of Pep Guardiola at Man City and at this rate, he could well be facing him as an adversary in the Premier League if the Foxes keep up their good form.

Leicester City star Jamie Vardy was seen punching himself in a bizarre moment after he missed a sitter against Watford.
Leicester played Watford on Saturday and the English striker had a golden opportunity to give his side the lead.
The ball fell into Vardy’s path but he sent his volley over the bar from close-range.
In frustration he fell down to his knees with his hand on his head before getting up punching himself in the face in fury.
