Send the Kiddos to Camp Croods!
I don’t know about you, but we need a change of scenery around here! I’m a creative mom but I’m always looking for activities I wouldn’t normally explore on my own. We had the opportunity to go back in time to the Croodaceous period (it’s made up but it’s okay to play make believe) to learn about the strange, hybrid, yet colorful creatures that roamed the earth! If you’ve seen The Croods: A New Age, you know just what I’m talking about. Parents, give yourself a break and enroll them into a camp for heaven’s sake. A Disney on Ice Review from First Timers

We are a family of four, daughter 8 and son 16, and love all things Disney! This weekend was our first time experiencing Disney On Ice and let me tell you it did not disappoint. It was a great show, featuring incredible skating, breathtaking special effects and lighting- from it snowing inside to fire on ice.

Back to business. Ever-so-often does a movie come a ..read more

Real Monster Jam Fans Give The Scoop on Triple Series
Ok! It’s official. We are true Monster Jam fans. Who would’ve thunk it? Certainly not I. I take that back. I did think that if we went to enough shows that eventually we would be some sort of fans. Four shows! Thats all it took. Four! I was shocked when my kids began asking if I knew which teams were going to be competing as we waited to go through security. “Daddy, do you think Grave Digger and Toro Loco will be here today?” And “I hope we get to see Max D do wheelies. Nobody’s better at wheelies than Max D.”
I am a fan of loud engines, 2 ..read more
