Instead of struggling so hard in my life, I've been thinking about just becoming a complete loser. Like, live in parents basement until 30+ or something. When I see a loser, I don't really feel any sort of negative way towards them. I just think that's the cards they were dealt. So I guess I will go down this same route.
I put too much pressure on myself, and clearly I'm not fit for any aspirations that I once had. Indeed, I can't even get out of bed in the morning. I've been noticing the...

Hey folks,
I've been considering dipping my toes into the world of gold investment, but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options out there. Should I go for physical gold or explore digital alternatives like ETFs? And what about the timing – is there ever a "right" time to buy gold, or is it all about long-term strategy?
I'm also curious about the risks involved in gold ira company. How do you assess the potential downsides of investing in gold, and what measures can be...

Impotence, or erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to attain or sustain a strong enough penile erection for activity. One Although ED is more prevalent among the elderly, it is not "caused" by aging and may eventually impact persons of any age. Although physical reasons account for the majority of instances, psychological factors may also cause or contribute to eating disorders.
An individual's self-image may be severely damaged by ED, which can also erode their relationships and...

Hi all,
I have very high levels of adrenal androgens, with DHT greater than 2500 pg/ml (250-990), DHEA at 34 ng/ml (<13), androstenedione at 24.9 nmol/l (1.8 - 11.8), and 17-OHP at 14.94 nmol/l (1.52 - 6.36).
I'm thinking about taking oral dutasteride, but I'm worried that blocking DHT could cause an increase in the conversion of adrenal androgen precursors into estrogens, potentially leading to gynecomastia.
I've seen several endocrinologists who suspect I may have a rare form NCAH...

Please forgive me, my English is very poor because I come from China.Because of language problems, translators have to be used, so some sentences look strange.
I started to treat hair loss last August. At first, I used minoxidil (for external use) for about two months, and the effect was very good, but I stopped using it because it was too troublesome to use, and then I used finasteride until now.
Finasteride has too many side effects, such as peeling hands, anxiety, no erection in the...

I think I have some kind of diffuse/crown hair loss. My hairline has NOT moved at all since I started to lose my hair 12 years ago which is crazy as I haven't really seen people with this type of hairloss before.
I have been on Rogaine 5% from 2015 to 2024 (except 3 months in 2022 as I had no supply, I lost EVERYTHING as you can see in pics so please do not make the same mistake, do not stop taking minoxidil EVER)
I have just added Finasteride Gel 0.25% two months ago, it seemed to be...
