Tunic flounce dress question and thoughts

I’m making the Pinwheel dress in sizes 4 and 7. It seems that there is a problem with a flounce dress front pattern piece— it doesn’t align correctly with the flounce back piece and is off by an inch or more. I ended up using the dress flounce pattern piece in it’s place and it’s working well, but has anyone else encountered this issue ..read more

So, since new year I've really reduced drinking, work out HIIT at the gym for 1-2 hours per day, including a job full of manual labor. My diet has been mostly good, consisting of about 2k cal a day. So far I have lost about 5-6 lbs. Hard to tell because my metabolism fluctuates. I am happy with that, the only problem is that my target weight is 165 and I am about 195 now. I have a muscular frame covered in a layer of gross finasteride-induced fat, that seems very hard to shed. What... Read more ..read more

I took finasteride for 1 year and a half but had to quit it in early 2023, january. I have posted the reason on my previous thread, but in short, i gained up to 10KG while on finasteride, and i already lost 6/7gk, since i quit finasteride. I don't wanna go bald but i don't wanna resume the treatment and get fat again. The thing is, i have very poor density and natural fine hair, and need to wear a fringe to cover my forehead, in order not to look pathetic, because if i usee a toupee, or my hair slicked to... Hi guys, So I'm speaking with some people that has Diffuse Unpatterned Alopecia (DUPA, = Thinning all over your scalp, including donor area) and I came to the conclusion that it's probably not DHT related. Why ? 1) Because we all started losing hair after an ilness (Some from Covid, some from other "severe ilness") 2) We are losing hair from other part of our body (Mostly pubic area) 3) Finasteride/dutasteride/minoxidil are not working for us Does anyone knows what covid (or another ilness) can... Hello boys I joined this forum as a 20 year old to whine like a little b**ch about hair loss. Now here I am 18 years later to whine about it again. Back then we were 5 years away, and from everything I read today we're still "5 years away". What a bag of bullshit! We've got stem cells, we've got tesla batteries, we've got AI and fancy corona viruses but they can't figure out how to keep some hair on a mans head. As for me, over the last almost 20 years my hair has kept receding... Read more ..read more
