When Ken first studied Swiss-German artist Paul Klee in art school, he had no idea that he would be diagnosed in 2000 with the same disease Klee suffered from: scleroderma. And so, Ken created “Angel Applicant,” a documentary on both Ken’s and Klee’s experiences with this disease. This video shared here is an excerpt.

Join us in giving a big hand to SRF Cure Crew members Beth and Lisa for hosting a pickleball tournament fundraiser—raising over $37,000 for scleroderma research!
Beth is a long-time SRF Cure Crew member, with over 20 years of charity golf tournaments and restaurant cause-related fundraisers under her belt. She began fundraising after her mom was diagnosed with scleroderma in 1997. “After I was introduced to the Scleroderma Research Foundation, Tony & I began hosting events to raise awareness and funding to find a cure,” she says. “After losing Mom, we promised to continue that fight!”
