The Minnesota Wild saw their season come to an end after a 4-3 loss to the Seattle Kraken at Xcel Energy Center Thursday night. The Wild finish their season 39-33-10 and led 1-0 after Kirill Kaprizov's 46th goal of the season. The Kraken tied it at 1-1 on a Power Play goal from Matty Beniers. Both teams scored a breakaway goal to start the 3rd, as Yanni Gourde scored a shorthanded breakaway to make it 2-1. ats Zuccarello scored on a breakaway of his own to tie the score at 2-2. The Minnesota Wild picked up a win in their final road game of the season 3-1 over the Los Angeles Kings. Kirill Kaprizov, Matt Boldy and Ryan Hartman scored to back Filip Gustavsson, who stopped 21 of 22 shots in his final start of the year.
