In theory it shouldn't matter, but we're assigning by Company. Permissions get set when the folder is created for all companies that have access.  We utilize the Live Linking method to eliminate issues (we've had issues where the automatic publish just stops publishing) so all companies that need to link in the the model need View/Download permissions. However when you create the folder you can't setup the automatic publish until a model has been placed.  So after things are set up, the other design team consultant adds a model and we can then set up the automatic publish.  When ..read more
