Three Oaks Hospitality announced the permanent closure of Ciro’s, a  cherished speakeasy in Tampa. Since its inception in 2009, Ciro’s has been a favorite  among locals and visitors alike. The Annual Brazilian Festival in Florida has become the “largest community event in the state,” according to the organizers. They further describe it as “a beacon and symbol of Brazil’s rich musical heritage and cultural diversity.” The event is a showcase for some of Brazil’s most iconic artists, promoting multicultural unity, and to inspire environmental awareness.
