Stop what you’re doing and check out this recipe! These are so good we decided to have them for Christmas dinner! We did use elk but you could easily use beef and it will cook the same. Elk is a little more lean than beef but either would taste delicious in the recipe. And the sauce…you will want a gallon of it. We have played around with this recipe and make our own wrappers but buying the Twin Dragon wrappers from Safeway really saves a lot of time.
