There will be people who disagree with the views expressed here, but just know I still very much consider the other side of the argument. The team is in a great spot with how the roster stands. Meaning there aren’t a lot of positions that they could select on either side if the ball that would be considered a wrong answer….other than quarterback of course.

The Chargers sit pretty with a 5-3 record after winning a close game in philly. What could be better than that? Well 6-3 of course! This is a game that theoretically was marked as a win by most fans upon the schedule release. However, this is a game that could present real issues match up wise. Both teams have several injuries on the defensive side of the ball. This is a game that has potential for a shoot out. Let’s take a look at some keys to victory.
Big goon to the rescue
Linval Joseph has been on a tear the last two games. Ever since the return of Justin Jones Joseph has been playing lik ..read more

After long but much needed week off the Chargers are back. The squad returns more healthy than they have been in a few weeks (Assuming Ekeler plays). This time they take on the kings of clam chowder the New England Patriots. The Chargers have a long history of loosing to Bill Belichick and none worse than last years 45-0 ass whooping. Let’s take a look at some things that can be done to prevent this from happening again.
Take away Mac Jones down field options
The Chargers struggles against the run are well documented yet the pass defense has been effective. They give up an average of 201.8 pas ..read more

What to do about the defensive line
Now unlike most fans I have never been a big fan off making mid season additions through either trade or free agency. Every time a big name player becomes availible the vast majority of fan want to swoop him up. Even when it dosnt make a lot of sense. We actually saw this just this last week when Jaylon Smith and Stephon Gilmore became availible. While typically im only for this type of activity when it clearly makes sense. Well it just so happen we find ourselves in a position ..read more

Another week and another obstacle to conquer. This time the Bolts face another surging team with as much momentum as their own. On paper Cleveland presents a bad match up for us on. Although, they seem to be limping into week 5 with a slew of injuries. Let’s explore the keys to victory. If they can accomplish these tasks, there is no reason why 4-1 shouldn’t await.
Do not let Cleveland control the clock
This might be the single most important thing to Cleveland’s success. They typically do this so well because of their heavy run game. They average a time of possession of 34:21 to their opponen ..read more

Still riding the high of last week, the Chargers look to carry the momentum over to yet another big week. Second rival in a week (arguably the most unlikable) and this time on the big stage of Monday night football. Now as much as we like to shit on the one-eyed pirates, the truth is that they are in fact 3-0. Chances are good that this could be a close game. However, it seems as if the Bolts are just starting to hit their groove. This week could really start to see the AFC west start to take shape. These are the things that will likely need to happen to tally up a second w ..read more

What better way to wash away the bad taste of last week? Well that would be by no other way than by taking down the defending two AFC champions who also happen to be division rivals. You could not of wrote it any better. Last week week I did a sub plot piece. In essence it’s just something’s that I’ve picked up on that I want to share with you guys so that you can see how it plays out as the season progresses. Hence Sub plot watch. This is by no means a game break down or play by play because this week it’s been talked about until exhaustion and rightfully so.
This week I want to point out a f ..read more
