Did you watch UFC's Fight Night? I fully expected Irene Aldana to win with a KO since she's been on a winning streak and packs such powerful punches to the face, but Holm was on fire and never gave her a good opening. It was like the old Holm is back. What did you guys think of the match? Did any of the others stand out to you ..read more

Every few years the rumors start churning as fans salivate over a possible UFC match between Brock Lesnar and Jon Jones. Dana White says he'll support it if Lesnar and Jones want to fight each other. I can't say that I blame White since it's certain to be ratings gold. But do you think both parties will agree? I think Lesnar and Jones might agree on the surface to a fight, but I doubt the match will ever happen. It's just part of the hype machine. What about you? Do you think 2020 or... Has the pandemic derailed any fighting careers that you know of? I haven't followed the scene as closely since COVID-19 hit and sport began changing, but I remember Tristan Connelly felt it came at the worst time and would hurt his career. He might have been right about that, unfortunately. I don't think his April 2020 match has been rescheduled yet and he doesn't get much buzz in the media ..read more

When asked about a potential fight with the WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion, he told ESPN: "One hundred percent Joshua's not dangerous, at all, he's like a big cuddly baby." Which title shot method do you prefer?

Do you think the UFC has it right by sitting down with the powers that be and creating matches or do you prefer Bellator's style, where a fighter must win three matches in three months in a Bellator tournament for a shot at the title? Bellator's style sounds like it's more fair-minded on the surface, but I bet there's more to it once you dig a little. I don't actually follow Bellator so I'm not sure. Sometimes I think the UFC's style works great because they've given us some amazing... Which title shot method do you prefer ..read more
