Last season the Jags won just one game, and due to that earned the first overall pick in the NFL Draft in which they took Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence. The team is hoping that the quarterback can quickly transition to being a stud QB in the NFL, and that with new coach Urban Meyer the team is looking to have a much better team overall in 2021. The Jaguars made it official on Thursday morning, naming former 49ers GM Trent Baalke as their new General Manager. Baalke comes to the team after serving as Niners GM from 2011 to 2016. With Baalke as general manager the Niners were 51-44-1.
