The Houston Texans announced Sunday that WR Tank Dell was the victim of a shooting Saturday night.  According to the team, Dell suffered a “minor” wound and has been released from the hospital. Colts A few sources have told CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones that the Colts would be a team to watch in a trade for a receiver should one be available. In an interview with Justin Melo, South Carolina WR Xavier Legette revealed that he has visited with 14 different NFL teams. The full list from Legette includes:  49ers Broncos Buccaneers Chargers Chiefs Colts Eagles Jaguars Lions Packers Ravens Steelers Texans He has also had a visit with the Carolina Panthers, which would make it fourteen total visits for him so far. The Houston Texans are signing LB Jacob Phillips to a one-year deal, according to Adam Schefter. Houston has been active about exploring additions to its linebacking corps this offseason.  Phillips was in Houston today working out for the team. While Phillips finished the past two seasons on injured reserve with a torn pectoral, he’s a former Day 2 pick with solid workout numbers.  Phillips, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Browns back in 2020 out of LSU.
