The ethereal, unbelievably talented Kelela graced the 9:30 Club stage in a triumphant return to D.C. this March. Taking the buzzing, sold out room through an entrancing tour of her discography, Kelela paused mid-set to thank the crowd for both selling out the show in a matter of minutes and for waiting patiently for the release of her new album, Raven.

This September, Phoenix graced The Anthem with a sweeping set of songs from all eras of their lively catalogue, bringing stunning visuals and undeniable stage presence to one of DC’s favorite venues. Returning to The Anthem almost exactly five years after they helped open the venue as one of its first shows, Phoenix delivered one of our favorite concerts of this fall to a packed house of dedicated fans.
