hello all... been waiting for this reminder light to trigger on the cluster so i can change the crankCase oil on this rig
BUT! so far it is not triggering after 6100 miles since the last oil refresh
i recall NOT immediately resetting this reminder after the last change because i totally forget how-to and had to get reeducated on the reset process
it might have been 1000 miles before i did reset but perhaps it was more than 1100? honestly i really don't recall after these past literally...

Just a heads up for 2nd gen owners looking for a decent priced Cabin air filter with free shipping or store pickup. Just ordered a DENSO Aftermarket CF #453-6058 for my 2nd gen from HOMEDEPOT's online after creating an online account(easy) came out total $11.44 w/tax and free shipping to my home. Pretty good for that filter whereas would have cost me total $16.41 from ROCKAUTO with 5% discount for same. They do have some but not all engine filters by DENSO or BOSCH listed online, they did'nt...

I own a 2003 Tacoma with a 3.4l v6.
I was looking at the possibility of replacing the fuel pressure regulator in the future. I located it down between the upper intake plenum and the firewall. It looks pretty buried to me. My question is
Do I remove the upper intake plenum and that would give me sufficient access to remove the pressure regulator? And also
what new gaskets or seals and parts will be required to do the job. Steve ..read more
