bing: It would make sense if their market was seen as the general public who might be more concerned about the cost involved. I think it’s more likely that they were aiming at professionals–who typically made 3-4 times as much as the general public–but who were still cautious about possibly buying a product that cost more in the long run than they wanted to spend. keith: When I was stationed in Japan in the 70’s, When I was stationed in Italy at NATO Headquarters in Naples in the late 1970’s, it was Italian Law that all vehicles have insurance. The military had an office to help us get the required insurance through a local Italian Insurance Company, but the limits were almost a joke, they were so low… If a military member or their family member was involved in an auto accident, the medical expenses were all coverered by the military.
