Hello SCWF Friends! I'm trying to buy my son a BMBY watch for his birthday that is coming up, so I'm looking for a May 2000 serial number. I looked up Seiko models manufactured in 2000 and decided I'd look for a BFK. I found this awesome SBCZ013 for sale on ebay that has a serial number starting with 05. I think he would love this one, but the problem is I can't find anything definitive that says what years exactly Seiko manufactured this model, so I'm worried it could potentially be a May... Up for sale is a Seiko 7002-7000. It's in pretty nice condition overall. A minor nick on the dial around 27, which is not visible in day to day, but otherwise in great shape and all original which is getting harder to find. Condition notes: Case: Very nice with no major scratches or dings. Cannot guarantee water resistance and may need gaskets replaced. ​ This is an October of 1990' Citizen C070-088468TA "Racing Chronograph" with both Analog and Digital displays. The watch is keeping great accurate time and has a Calendar, Alarm and Timer functions as well as the digital and analog time displays. Having watched a number of tear down and build videos I plan on getting in to clean and fix a non working 6139-8040. Before I do that, I would like to fix my valjoux 7733 that I bought as a kid (and it has fewer complications. Unfortunately it looks like I need a new balance, complete.
