Gosh where has this year gone? I have been a horrible blogger now that I am mostly on the GRAM. But alas, I do like to update here for memories sake. Our Connor turned 14 this year and is now taller than all of us at 6′ tall! He loves playing basketball, Mavs games, any kind of sport really. He finished off the school year with all A & B grades. We are excited to start the journey of high school next year too. He’s got a sweet heart, and we are so proud of him! Here’s a little Christmas 2023 recap in photos.  Our holiday season was full of fun and sickness…unfortunately.  Some of us are still struggling, praying it gets better soon.   I recently got this amazing travel backpack for women.  I’m hoping now that things are a bit more “normal” in the world we can start traveling again.  I love to travel- as you all know if you have read my blog for any amount of time!  I was born in Germany, and in 2018 we had the chance to go back and take Connor.  Now, we have another little kiddo who I’d love to take traveling around as well!  I’ve been to Germany, England, and France.  I want our next trip to either be to Scotland/Ireland or Italy.  If you’ve ever been I’d LOVE some tips!  ..read more

Our sweet Heidi bug turned four years old.  It seems like yesterday she was born and here we are FOUR years later!  Connor is a teenager and started 8th grade this year….and Heidi is in Pre-K 4.  It’s true what they say, babies don’t keep. Summer 2023 What a whirlwind already! It went by so fast and before you know it I’m sure Christmas will be here. We had an amazing time at Miramar Beach. Despite the rain and high tides, we made some wonderful memories.  It was the kids first time to the ocean (or to at least swim in it).  Connor enjoyed the waves with his cousin Jarrett. At night we all went hunting for crabs, as well as enjoying some delicious food while visiting the area.  The boys all went on a deep sea fishing boat for a day and caught a bunch of red snapper, and Terence even caught a shark.
