Since Embiid’s return, the Sixers have gone 8-0, including two games without Embiid. It’s no secret that he brings a boost to this team. As long as he can stay healthy, they have a shot at making a serious run. How’s the Knee? In a game against the Orlando Magic a few days ago, all Sixers fans had a scare. After driving to the basket and getting his own rebound, Embiid, wincing in pain, asked for a timeout and immediately headed to the locker room. Everyone watching pr ..read more

As the season winds down to the last 10 games, the Sixers find themselves firmly in the 8th seed with little concern to go lower, and some optimism to move up. The Nationals had been NBA Champions in 1953–1954. Their arrival followed the void left by the Philadelphia Warriors, who had just left for San Fransisco. Upon arriving in Philadelphia in 1963, the 76ers took up residence in Philadelphia Arena and Convention Hall on Market Street. By 1968, the Sixers moved to the first version of The Spectrum. No one has seen more ups and downs in a season quite like Tobias Harris. His recent struggles have been hard for the Sixers to overcome, especially with the absence of Joel Embiid – and now Tyrese Maxey. Harris is the epitome of a rollercoaster player. We’re at the top  There have been many stretches in Harris’ career as a Sixer where he’s played like an all-star. This season, Harris is averaging 17.5 points on 49% shooting (35% from three), 6 rebounds, and 3 assists, which, on a stat sheet, isn’t bad at all.
