FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE On January 13, 2022, Mobile County Sheriff’s Office discovered a body at 9570 Lott Road.  It was the third time MCSO executed a search warrant on the property.  MCSO had received information that a body of a missing person was buried beneath the house.  The body was transported to ADFS where an autopsy was conducted.  At the conclusion of the autopsy, a pace maker was removed to assist in identification.  The body has been identified as DANIEL MARIO PRESLAR DOB 10/28/74, a resident of Colorado. On January 19, 2022 at approximately 6:00 pm, DAMIEN WASHAM was released from a local hospital and booked into Mobile Metro Jail. DAMIEN is charged with Murder, attempted Murder, Assault 2nd, Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Attempt to Elude. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Mobile County Sheriff’s Office has charged RICHARD JACOB PHILLIPS for the murder of Joshua Manuel.  Joshua’s body was found on 1/11/2020 on Starlight Avenue in Wilmer.   RICHARD JACOB PHILLIPS was arrested in George County Mississippi on 1/16/20 where he currently remains in custody.  Since his arrest, several witnesses, as well as an eyewitness, have given statements that corroborate with evidence that PHILLIPS is the person who killed Joshua Manuel. On February 08, 2020, at approximately 10:21 AM, the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office was notified that shots had been fired in the area of Fernwood Loop N and Fernwood Loop W in Semmes, Alabama.  The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office was later contacted by a local hospital that a man, who was identified as Langston Nicholson, DOB: 12/27/00, had been transported by his friend in his personal vehicle to the hospital with an apparent gunshot wound to his upper torso. Nicholson was pronounced dead upon their arrival. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Today, April 17, 2018, Mobile County Sheriff’s Office Special Ops Unit stopped a vehicle on I-10 Eastbound. While speaking to the driver, Deputies detected a strong scent of marijuana and asked driver for permission to search vehicle. Jordan is a 19-year-old sophomore College student who pitches for Mississippi College.
