This is the perfect cocktail to ring in the New Year – it’s sweet, has depth, and a tart pucker from the lemon. I used J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe Whisky for it’s smooth flavor. We are changing up Christmas dinner this year, and going for something we love – chicken carnitas. I was inspired by a Christmas margarita recipe to go this route.
